Why Do A Discipleship Year?
The New Wine Discipleship Year (NWDY) is all about learning to know, love, and serve Jesus Christ.
You’ll be immersed in God’s word, filled with His Spirit, and equipped to help build His kingdom — here in Manchester and wherever He sends you next.
Whether you’re finishing school, graduating uni, changing direction, or ready to deepen your faith — this year is for you. Come and grow in your faith, discover your purpose, and be part of what God is doing in Greater Manchester.
Why Manchester?
Greater Manchester is a region of creativity, innovation, and deep spiritual hunger — and God is moving in powerful ways.
Our hub is based at Saint Philips Chapel Street, a city-centre Resource Church planted in 2016. You’ll be surrounded by universities, creative hubs, and diverse communities - a place to see the gospel at work in all spheres of society and walks of life.
