Pilates at St Phils is an hour long exercise and relaxation class for every age, level and ability. We warm up, work through various Pilates exercises, and then spend some time stretching and relaxing at the end. Everybody is encouraged to listen to their own bodies and to do what’s right for them on that day. Pilates is about breath, control, flexibility and strength, and we focus lots on building a stronger core, and working everything else from there. Parents are welcome to come and to bring their children, (and to look after them as needed during the session).
